Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, candidate shortlisting, selection processes, interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding
2. Connect with candidates sourced from portals
3. Update and maintain an applicant tracking system and update the status of all candidates and also follow up on interview
4. Schedule all interviews as per the process and verify all interview times and dates
5. Maintain MIS trackers for recruitment
6. Follow up for BGV
Additional Information:
1. Location: Andheri
2. Qualification: any graduate/MBA
3. Working days: Monday to Friday (work from the office from 10 am to 7 pm)
