About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the writing and submission of RFIs, bids, and tenders in response to client requirements
2. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, project specifications, and competitive landscape
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, legal, and finance to gather necessary information and develop compelling proposals
4. Review and analyze RFI, bid, and tender documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards
5. Develop and maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and other resources to streamline the proposal process
6. Manage timelines and deadlines for proposal submissions, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance
7. Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors as needed to enhance proposal content and capabilities
8. Track and report on proposal metrics, including win rates, proposal effectiveness, and areas for improvement
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to RFIs, bids, and tenders.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools/software

2. Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and regulatory requirements is a plus. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

3. Proven experience in writing and managing RFIs, bids, and tenders in a similar role, preferably within the technology or services industry

4. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and concise proposals

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and editing proposal content

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
