About Socialeyez: – Socialeyez is focusing on developing mobile applications that makes it easy for organizing meetings, catching up with old friends, discovering new places to hang out etc. The company is a very early stage start-up with a focus on Android and iOS development.

About Internship: – The candidate will be working on developing a “taxi booking” application on Android from scratch. The candidate will be provided with basic flow and wire-frames.

We are in the process of setting up an office; until then, the intern will be working from home or any other place of convenience. The intern will be required to meet the founders once every week to go over his/her progress.

Number of internships: - 1

Who can apply:- The company is looking for anyone who is moderately proficient in Android and passionate about writing code. Candidates should also possess knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Intern might be required to learn Python programming in order to provide some back-end functionality to mobile apps.

Location:-  Work from home / Bangalore, India

Duration: -   3 months

Start date: - July 2012

Stipend:- Negotiable. Company will provide basic remuneration to cover nominal train/airfare costs if the candidate is not local to Bangalore.
