About the internship
As a Finance and Management Intern at Zenguruz Online Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and management functions, gaining practical experience in financial management and management accounting. Based in Pune, India, you will receive comprehensive training in financial management principles and practices, contributing to the success of our business operations. We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong interest in finance and management who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Training and Development: Undergo comprehensive training in financial management principles, management accounting techniques, and relevant financial software
2. Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making and strategic planning
3. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
4. Expense Management: Assist in monitoring and managing company expenses, including tracking expenses, analyzing spending patterns, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
5. Cash Flow Management: Assist in managing cash flow, including monitoring cash inflows and outflows, optimizing cash balances, and preparing cash flow forecasts
6. Management Accounting: Learn to analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights into business performance, cost structures, and profitability drivers
