Finance Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the bridge between internal/external pre-sales and finance operations team
2. Successfully execute finance operations for home loan cases coming to Credit Dharma by coordinating closely with senior management
3. Report directly to the head of finance operations and work closely with him to ensure maximum possible conversion for all business cases coming to Credit Dharma
4. Work on customers cases and understand the reason of leads not getting converted by Credit Dharma
5. Connect with internal, broker and external departments within Credit Dharma to execute home loan operations and ensure SLA/TAT according to inhouse processes
6. Understand the latest technology dynamics in the home loan industry and see which products are being brought by competitors/incumbents in the home loan industry
7. Attend in-person 1 to 1 meeting with all stakeholders of the partnerships companies including but not limited to internal, external, broker teams on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
8. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills
