1. Manage the founder's email correspondence, calendar, and appointments
2. Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
3. Assist in drafting and editing documents, presentations, and communications
4. Act as a liaison between the founder and external partners, clients, and stakeholders
5. Conduct research on industry trends, potential partners, and relevant topics as needed
6. Assist in organizing events, conferences, and networking opportunities
7. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
Founded in 2016, Even Cargo is India's first women-driven logistics company that focuses on creating equal work opportunities for women. We identify and train women from resource-poor communities and employ them as delivery associates (DAs) for major e-commerce companies in India, ensuring dignified employment for them. To enable an ecosystem that ensures more participation of women in the workforce of last-mile logistics, we have developed, designed, and executed strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
