About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the recruitment team in various stages of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Assist in the posting of job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
3. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interests
4. Prepare regular reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions
5. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
6. Learn and apply basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
7. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience
8. Provide administrative support in the form of data entry, report generation, and other HR-related tasks
