About the internship

Job Responsibilities

Support the company s operations through your expertise in human resources.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Conduct in-depth analyses of turnover rates, employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and other HR-related data points.
Partner with HR business partners and department heads to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address challenges and optimize HR processes.
Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and data management to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with relevant regulations.
