Business Development Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead & manage a sales team including training sales representatives to achieve their targets
2. Develop & execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
3. Set clear & achievable sales goals for the team, aligned with the company's objectives
4. Regularly monitor & evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback & implementing performance improvement plans
5. Promote ethical and responsible sales practices, ensuring that the team operates with integrity and honesty

Requirements:

1. Team management experience of managing 5+ members of a minimum of 1 year and 3 years of experience in sales
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Effective prioritization & time management skills to balance various responsibilities
4. Proficiency in analyzing sales data to make informed decisions
5. Sensitive towards building the right culture at the workplace and team bond
