At present, Internshala offerings are served over electronic Media (Internet & email) for instant consumption and hence it may not be possible for a user to cancel a purchase and request a refund.

In certain cases, where the payment is being made offline, a user may cancel purchase between the time he/she has subscribed for the service and the time payment is initiated.
