About the work from home job/internship
TLDR Fashion is the insider's fashion newsletter, delivering need-to-know trends, industry analysis, and curated style news in a quick-read format. We cut through the clutter, so fashion professionals can stay ahead of the curve. Think runway-to-retail insights, emerging designer profiles, and essential resources for those working within the fashion world.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Social platform growth: Researching and suggesting the best platforms to reach your target audience. Managing day-to-day posting, engagement, and community building on selected platforms.
2. Content repurposing: Creatively adapting newsletter content into shareable social media posts (visuals, carousels, short videos, etc.).
3. Insight hunter: Tracking social media analytics, identifying trends, and reporting back on what's working (and what's not).
Note:
Bonus potential: If the intern demonstrates interest in the fashion space and a knack for content creation, there's the opportunity to contribute directly to the TLDR fashion newsletter.

Other requirements
Requirements:
1. Social media native: Lives and breathes at least one or two major social platforms (were guessing LinkedIn and Instagram, but maybe theres a surprise!)
2. Trend spotter: Has an eye for viral content and understands what makes fashion-related posts shareable.
3. Words + visuals: Can communicate clearly and concisely AND has a basic eye for design or knows how to use simple visual tools.
4. Passion project: This isnt just a job – a genuine interest in fashion is a plus!

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance based).
