2012 CNSE Summer Internship Program – Nanotechnology – NewYork, USA
A paid international internship opportunity for Nanotechnology enthusiasts to spend the summer working in the cutting-edge fields of nanoscale science, nanoscale engineering, nanobioscience and nanoeconomics. The last date to apply is February 17th, 2012 – hurry!
About Internship: – While at CNSE, interns have the unique opportunity to participate in projects that integrate state-of-the-art research currently underway at CNSE. At the conclusion of the internship program, students will showcase their research at a poster presentation session, presenting their results to CNSE’s faculty, students, staff and representatives of its global corporate partners.
Past research projects have explored nanoscale-enabled innovations for a variety of technologies, including fuel cells, EUV optics, nanoparticle-stem cell interaction, alternative energy sources, market analysis in nanotechnology products and more.
Who can apply: – Undergraduate students with academic background in the physical, chemical, biological or computer sciences, mathematics, or engineering can apply. Prior research experience is not required for consideration.
Location: – NewYork, USA
Duration: – 10 weeks (June 4 – Aug 10, 2012)
Stipend: – $3,450 in total, Expenses related to travel, lodging and meals are the responsibility of each intern. Limited on-campus housing is available at standard UAlbany summer rates.
