About EFarm:- E-farm is a start-up working in the field of agriculture and related industries. They aim to bridge the gap between producer and consumer by bringing in topnotch technology to support the distribution chain.
About the Internship:-
Web development – Development of new features and enhancements to the eFarmDirect Portal . Key technologies – PhP, MySQL, HTML , XML , JQuery . Mobile/SMS applications .
Portal Development – Joomla based Content Management systems for the core corporate portal, blogs and media gallery. Graphic design and development of audio-visual material for video blog & online training
Business Development (Sales)– Manage new registrations and franchisees for efarmDirect portal . Manage training programs for partners and entrepreneurs.
Business Development (Marketing) – Identify different marketing channels, Develop franchisee programs, Develop marketing campaigns, Track sales, Social media marketing(Online) , Press / Media coordination, support marketing events etc.,
Supply Chain Management – Operations , Sourcing , Distribution planning , SCM applications
Finance & Accounting – Support financial accounting systems, MIS, Identify and raise investment from banks, VCs etc.,
Food processing – Design and implement a pilot food processing unit for making small agro-based products, pre-cuts, packaged items
Livelihood Programs – Support rural development initiatives, training , social projects , social impact studies etc., Social science, HR
