Internship in Los Angeles – Research in Visual Arts – The Getty Foundation
If you like thinking out of the box and want to experience research in areas of visual arts, then this might just be the best opportunity for you. Getty Graduate Internships are offered in the four programs of the J. Paul Getty Trust—the J. Paul Getty Museum, the Getty Research Institute, the Getty Conservation Institute, and the Getty Foundation. The last date to apply is 3rd December, 2012 – hurry!
About the internship: – The students will receive training and work experience in areas of education, conservation, research, curatorial, information management, public programs and grant making.
Who can apply: – Internships are open to students of all nationalities. Applicants should be:
1. Students enrolled in a current graduate program
2. Students who are enrolled in post graduate studies after completing their graduation in 2010.
Location: – Getty Centre in Los Angeles or Getty Villa is Malibu
Duration: – 8-12 months
Stipend: – For 8 months the remuneration is $17,400 and for 12 months it is $26,000
