1. Marketing, Communications & PR internship: – You will be working closely with Swasth India’s management team to develop and implement a strategy for communication, external relations, fund-raising and media efforts to engage a range of stakeholders in Swasth India’s work.

1. Lead efforts to build Swasth India brand across relevant online and social media spaces, and the website
2. Implement marketing, advertising, PR and media initiatives
3. Supporting fund-raising efforts through creation of supporting materials
4. Creatively design internal and external communication collaterals
5. Ideate and design digital and social media campaigns
6. Documentation, photography and videography of our impact on the ground

Who can apply: –
1. Any student with relevant work experience and/or professional education in either of the following: – Marketing and communications/PR or Graphic Designing, Art or Applied Art
2. Candidate should be Mumbai based (preferably)
3. Comfort with Hindi & English (oral and written)
Additionally, the role needs the following skills:
1. Strong oral & written communication skills
2. Creativity, designing skills
3. Ability to understand the needs of the target audience
2. Graphic Designing & Video Editing internship: – You will be creating a portfolio of high-quality Videos/Visual collateral (Posters, Flipcharts, PPTs) for use with different stakeholders – Donors, Health Workers, Clinic Nurses & Receptionists, Principals of our Partner School, Community leaders and slum dwellers.

1. Understand needs – audience, purpose, budget (days of effort) – to create vision & script/outline
2. In case of Videos – Direct and shoot videos (includes travel on the field to meet and brief or interview people) and add audio commentaries / voiceovers, edit and create final videos
3. In case of Visual collateral (Posters, Flipcharts, PPTs) – Design high quality collateral

Who can apply: – The candidate should have
1. Solid experience in video shooting, editing, voiceover
2. Candidate should be Mumbai based (preferably)
3. Comfort with Hindi & English (oral and written)
Additionally, the role needs the following skills:
1. Creativity, ability to think outside the box
2. Ability to understand the needs of the audience
3. Strong planning ability (to conceptualize video, estimate time & resources needed, detail out script etc)
3. Medical & Health Education internship: – You will be creating high-quality medical training material and delivering it through Swasth India’s 2 programs – Staff Professional Development (Clinic receptionists, Nurses and Health Workers) and Community Education.

1. Research content, i.e. Protocols for key training topics such as Staff training – E.g. Sterilization of equipment, Venous Blood Collection, Dressing and Community Education – E.g. Hypertension, Diabetes, Women & Child Health
2. Creating simplified disease information material for reference by trainers
3. Designing and creating simple, visually attractive and effective health education material on topics. E.g. posters, flipcharts, presentations, videos etc)
4. Training staff on above topics

Who can apply: – The candidate should have
1. Professional Medical Degree (ideally MBBS)
2. Candidate should be Mumbai based (preferably)
3. Comfort with Hindi & English (oral and written)
Additionally, the role needs the following skills:
1. Comfort with MS Office tools (Powerpoint, Word)
2. Strong written communication skills (to document protocols, create training material)
3. Strong oral communication skills (to deliver trainings)
Location: – Mumbai (for all profiles)
Duration: – 1-2 months
Stipend: – Rs.10,000-15,000 per month depending on the skills and profile.
