About the internship: – Soulflower is looking for an accounting intern. The selected intern will be responsible for-
- Handling all bank entries like cash received, payments, contra- cash deposits/cash withdrawals, journal entries- bank charges/ATM charges/ late payment charges.
- Updating details of cheques issued & cheques received on excel sheets of all Company accounts
- Entries of all bills- Purchase / expenses.
- Preparing salary slips, salary cheques & coordinating with the associated bank for salary transfer.

Who can apply: – Anyone from commerce background (graduate,post-graduate) with relevant skill & knowledge is invited to apply. Desired skills-
- Technical competence (good in M.S. Word, Excel, Tally 9.0 ERP)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Ability to plan and execute duties well with minimal direct guidance
Location: – Mumbai. Network with other fellow interns in Mumbai via Internconnect

Duration: – 2
Start date: – May 2013
Stipend: – Rs 8000/- per month+ Rs. 3000/ per month (towards travel expense) + A certificate.
