About the contest:
Internshala Content Writing Contest for Women is an opportunity for all those women who have a passion to express themselves through words and further wish to transform this passion into a profession. Women from all walks of life, irrespective of whether they are currently working or not, are invited to participate in this contest to showcase their writing talent.
Our partners for the contest are Sheroes (Community Outreach Partner) and Aditya Birla Retail Limited (Internship Partner).
Rewards:
1. Top 3 performers will receive cash prizes
- 1st prize: INR 5,000/-
- 2nd prize: INR 3,000/-
- 3rd prize: INR 2,000/-
2. Entries of top 5 performers will be published on the Internshala blog.
3. Top 20 performers will be considered for a work-from-home Content Writing internship at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, with a monthly stipend of INR 5,000. Three such internships are available.
4. All the participants submitting a valid entry will receive a certificate of participation.
Eligibility:
The contest is open for any woman who is 25 years of age or above (as of 15th July 2018).
How to participate:
Participants are required to compose an article of 700-1000 words on the given topic in the form below. Click here if the form below doesn’t load for some reason.

The entries can be submitted latest by 3rd August 2018, 23:59:59 hours.
1. What is the eligibility criteria to participate?
A. Any woman who is 25 years of age or above (as of 15th July 2018) can participate.
2. I am a housewife with no work experience. Can I participate?
A. Yes, you can. Any woman who is 25 years of age or above can participate in this contest irrespective of whether she is currently working, is on a career break, or has never worked before.
- 1st prize: INR 5,000/-
- 2nd prize: INR 3,000/-
- 3rd prize: INR 2,000/-
Entries of top 5 performers will be published on the Internshala blog. Further, top 20 performers will be considered for a work-from-home Content Writing internship at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, with a monthly stipend of INR 5,000. Three such internships are available.
All the participants submitting a valid entry will receive a certificate of participation.
4. If I get selected for the internship at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, will I have to go to their office at all?
A. Selected interns may have to visit the office once or twice a week ONLY if they reside in Mumbai. If they reside outside Mumbai, they will NOT be required to visit the office.
5. What will be the duration of the internship?
A. The duration of the internship will be two months.
6. Can I submit my entry in any language other than English?
A. No, we are accepting entries only in English.
7. What is the deadline for the contest?
A. The contest will close on 3rd August 2018 at 23:59:59 hours.
8. By when will I get to hear the result of the contest?
A. The result will be declared latest by 20th August 2018.
9. How will I get to know the result?
A. The result will be communicated to the participants via an email and will also be declared on our Facebook & Twitter pages.
