Be humble in the interview– ‘Many of my friends projected themselves as the best candidates in the interview and none of them were selected’, this coming from someone who recently appeared for an interview at L&T.
Patience is the key– It might seem to be a bit hard at first for under-graduate students from departments other than Civil Engineering to fit in a construction company. But it gets better with every passing day. Internship at L&T is worth keeping that patience.
