SlideRule is building a website that helps you find, review and recommend online courses. Company’s vision is to help learners navigate the world of online courses to grow personally and professionally. SlideRule is a global company, with a presence in San Francisco and Bangalore.
About the internship : – SlideRule is looking for an intern who can help with various business analysis and marketing activities, including market research, customer outreach, search engine optimization and social media. You will have an opportunity to learn various aspects of how to build and grow an internet startup, and be mentored by the founders. You will be one of company’s first hires, so you will be given as much responsibility as you can handle.

Who can apply: – – Students or recent graduates from a top university, degree in an analytical discipline (e.g. engineering or commerce or economics) are invited to apply. Desired skills/attributes:
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, quick learner and can think outside the box
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, some knowledge of SEO is preferred
- Not afraid to express your opinion, and can communicate clearly both in writing and speech
- Evidence of taking initiative beyond what is required of you
- Curious about technology, and excited to work at a startup
Location: – Bangalore
Work from home available: – No
Duration: – 3 months
Start date: – August 2013
Stipend: – Rs 10,000/- – 15,000/- per month + Certificate + Letter of Recommendation (Depends upon performance) + Breakfast & lunch in office + Full time offer to high-performing interns
