About Dhruva Space : – Dhruva Space (http://dhruvaspace.com/) is India’s first high altitude ballooning and small satellite private company. The company caters to astronomical experiments by small satellite missions. Dhruva Space has also partnered with various US and EU based companies including NanoSatisfi, Berlin Space Technologies, GomSpace, to create a market in India.
About the internship : – Dhruva Space is currently looking for interns from Electronics engineering background to involve them in Open Source platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pie, Beagle Board, etc.) based Space experiments development. Interns are expected to interface a range of sensors (in Space interest) to the Open Source Platform. The final testing of the platform with the sensors may be done on a high altitude balloon.

Duration: – 3 months
Start date: – October 2013
Stipend: – Negotiable + Certificate + Letter of recommendation (only if you perform well) from Dhruva Space and its affiliates.
