About Aira Futuristics: – Aira Futuristics is new technical start up founded by group of students of IIT Madras with the vision to promote robotics and embedded electronics education among the school and college students and inspiring them to join our mission in tackling new problems. The company is also working on several mobile applications,developing new embedded software.
About the internship: – The company is looking to hire interns for following designations:
- Front-end developer and UI designer: Applicants should be good at XML, Photoshop and have good level of creativity and aesthetic sense.
- Back-end developer: Applicants should have good coding acumen, and should have good knowledge of Python/ Django /MySQL /Mongo /SQLite/ Android/ Phonegap /JS /Jquery.
Number of internships available: – 2
Who can apply: – Engineering graduates/students with the above mentioned skills and having strong mathematical aptitude can apply. Applicants with experience in the relevant field will be given preference.
Location: – Chennai. Network with other fellow interns in Chennai via Internconnect

Duration: – 2 months
Start date: – May 2013
Stipend: – Rs 6000/- per month + A certificates.
