About Cadelton : – Cadelton is building an event marketplace to transform the current way of event planning and booking. The events include conferences, sales meets and launch events (corporate), exhibitions and trade fairs (industry), inter corporate sports league (sports), rock shows and award nights (entertainment), weddings, baby showers and birthday parties (personal).
About Internship: – Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering following tasks:
- Daily acquisition to build curated inventory of venues and service providers
- Effectively search for unique venues and lead generation for prospective partners
- Create new relationships with venues owners and service providers via cold calling and emailing
- End-to-end ownership of the activation process including field work, data gathering, negotiation and deal closure
- Interfacing with the vendors, service providers and customers for event execution.
Number of internships available: – 2
Who can apply: – Graduates of any discipline. Final year students who can give minimum 30 hours a week are also eligible. The applicant should:
- Have willingness to learn, go-getter attitude, high energy levels and perseverance
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have confidence for cold calling and creating new relationships
- Have strong negotiation skills
Location: – Delhi NCR

Duration: – 2 months
Start date: – February 2013
Stipend: – Negotiable + Possible opportunity for full time employment.
