About TAO Education: – Tao Education (http://tao-ed.com/) is an education start-up with team of individuals from IIM Ahmedabad, FMS etc having over 8 years of experience in education and technology industry. TAO is working towards improving learning outcomes in schools. TAO product: TAO is a web-based education platform which provides personalized courses to help students learn in a guided manner.
About the internship: – The interns would be working closely with TAO’s tech co-founder (ex-Microsoft) on its web based learning platform. The candidates would get a unique insight into all aspects of web application development for a large scale adaptive system.

Who can apply: – Incumbent Graduate and PG students of IT/CS Engineering or MCA. Candidates of other disciplines with relevant experience can also apply. Desired profile:
- Some background and experience in object oriented programming in Perl, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, Javascript – TAO works extensively with Ruby on Rails, which is a powerful web development environment and candidates would have the opportunity of learning and gaining hands on experience in the same.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be an added advantage
Location: – New Delhi. Network with fellow interns in New Delhi via Internconnect
