About People Tree Labs: – People Tree Labs is a startup founded by IIT, Wharton and UCLA alumni. People Tree Labs is building a world-class consumer-web product in the education-technology space. The past few months have seen significant innovation in online education, with amazing content being available online from Coursera, Udacity, Khan Academy, etc.
About the internship: – People Tree Labs is looking for a web developer intern; intern will be responsible for building first version of People Tree Labs website. Intern would get to be part of an early-stage startup and build a complete working website from scratch. Intern would be mentored by passionate founders who are alumni of IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, UCLA and Wharton, and have worked at IBM Research Labs, Bain & Company and InMobi.

Who can apply: – Desired profile:
- B.E/B.Tech students/recent graduates, preferably of Computer Science discipline
- Excellent knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Knowledge of LAMP stack, Python or their equivalent stack
- Comfortable navigating Github and StackOverflow
- Analytical, curious about technology, and interested to work in a startup.
- Attention to details and good communication skills
Location: – Bangalore. Network with other interns in Bangalore via Internconnect.

Duration: – 1 month
Start date: – As soon as possible
Stipend: – Rs 10,000-15,000 /- per month + Certificate + Letter of Recommendation (Depends upon performance.
