About Monk Prayogsh: – Monk Prayogshala is a non-profitable research institution; it undertakes projects covering the entire research life cycle from proposals to experimentation through to publishing and feedback integration. Monk Prayogshala works primarily over Indian (IST) and European (UTC) time zones.
About the internship: – Selected candidates will be responsible for following:
- Operating HR LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster and other job search accounts
- Sourcing and screening resumes from job portals, professional networking, consultants and internal references
- Communicating with Placement Agencies and Contract Employment firms for recruitment
- Researching and drafting Job Descriptions for profiles across functions.
Who can apply: – Desired profile:
- Education: UG (B. A/ B.Sc Psychology/ Sociology/ Economics Preferred), PG (M. A/ M.Sc Industrial Psychology/ Other Psychology specialization/ Sociology/ Economics or MBA Human Resources Preferred) or in lieu of degree 1-3 years of equivalent experience (Those currently pursuing a UG course are also eligible).
- Applicants should have fundamental knowledge of psychological theories and concepts, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Personnel Management (recruitment and selection).
Duration: – 3 months
