Internship in Pune/Delhi/Chennai – Business Development – Scrappy Ventures
A paid business development internship in Delhi, Chennai and Pune. Candidates should have lived in any of these cities for at least a few years. Training will be provided to all interns on the sales, marketing and operational intricacies of the business. The last date to apply is not specified – the earlier you apply, the better – hurry!

About the internship: – As the Business Development Associate Intern at Scrappy Ventures, you will be responsible for marketing Scrappy Ventures’ suite of web products and services in the travel, hospitality and media domains. You will get to meet with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible to:
- Independently generate and maintain leads to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct photo-shoots of businesses or liaise with the local photographer
- Invest upwards of 80% of your time in the field, meeting leads and converting them into customers
Who can apply: – Anyone with the following skills/fulfilling the following requirements may apply:
- Have your own transportation with proper documents and a valid driving license
- Have excellent communication skills in English (ability to converse in Telugu will be a big plus)
- Highly preferred: Have a good understanding of functionality of websites such as eCommerce websites, online travel booking sites, and the broader Internet in general
- Optimist and a can-do attitude
- Strong organization skills with great attention to detail
- Dependability and accountability is of utmost importance
Location: – Pune, Delhi and Chennai. Candidates should have lived in any of these cities at least for a few years and be familiar with the city really well.
Duration: – 2 months
Stipend: – Interns will receive a stipend, travel allowance and sales incentives.
