If I had to summarize my internship experience in few words, I would say – IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! The amount of learning which I had in those 2 months is beyond description. It was a first working experience (of any sorts) for me and Godrej made it memorable. Not only the quality of projects which were assigned to the interns but also the attention and time which were given to them, showed how seriously they take up the whole process of Summer Internship. I am glad on getting an offer from them and look forward to joining the organization. Godrej will remain special !
Rupmalini Sahu who interned with Britannia says –
It was one of the most enriching experiences. I was fortunate enough to be awarded one of the live projects which got implemented in the organization during my tenure. The rewarding factor was the value they place to an intern’s work, cross-functional exposure and support. I was selected to present it to Britannia MD Vinita Bali and top management and received amazing appreciation and PPI to end with.
Here is what Christopher Jegam has to say about his internship with the worldwide renowned brand L’Oreal –
It showed me that it is not only about Class but also about Mass because such was a project I was assigned – really enriching 2 months with a lot of cross-functional experience – Rephrasing what L’Oreal brand ambassadors proudly say – It was really worth it!
Smriti Pratishruti interned in the services and power sector. She says –
My summer internship has been an enriching experience – a learning and self-discovery voyage. Working in a services sector – Infosys, and interning in a power sector – TATA Power, has lent me a new perspective to work culture altogether. The internship also aided me in implementing the concepts that was read in books coupled with understanding the nuances of business from an MBA perspective.
