Public Policy Internship in Delhi – Centre for Civil Society
Centre for Civil Society is now offering a Summer internship program as well. Highly relevant for students looking for a career in Public Policy, Economics, Politics or Administrative Service. Even those who have finished their studies may apply for it. The last date is 22nd April, 2013 – hurry!
For uninitiated ones, Centre for Civil Society (CCS) is founded by Dr. Parth J. Shah, so brace yourself for 2 months of intense soul stirring and thought provoking debate and discussion sessions with the best and the brightest in the country.
It’s summer internship program Researching Reality is a coveted one with students from all over India (IITs, NITs, Delhi University, JLNU, St. Xaviers etc. and even international students) competing hard to secure limited seats. In 2012, out of 294 students who applied, only 25 made it.

About Internship: – The CCS internship program provides a greatly valued and needed learning experience in real-life application of social and economic principles and in teaching college students the skills of research, analysis, writing, and above all critical thinking. The interns would be working on the topic of research that they chose which includes research, studies, field visits and paper presentation etc.
Who can apply: – Application is open for all college going students, graduate and post graduate, recent graduates, and IB students in 11th and 12th standard. International as well as domestic applications are welcome.
Location: – New Delhi, India.
Duration: – 7th June – 19th July 2013
