About Internship: – Selected candidates will be working at Bangalore centre of Bell Labs. The interns will be working in any of the following fields:
- Wireless networks (Virtual RAN/CloudRAN, Cellular P2P)
- Cloud-assisted large-scale networked and distributed systems
- Large scale data mining on network/telecom traces and online social networks
- Privacy and security
- Smart interactive mobile applications to learn and process multi-modal input (e.g. video via phone camera, speech, location, text etc.).
Who can apply: – Students having strong theoretical analysis, programming and systems building are invited to apply.
Location: – Bangalore
Duration: –The tenure of the summer internship program is about 10 weeks.
Start date: – The start date is flexible (typically sometime in the month of either May or June, 2013)
Stipend:– A monthly stipend ( amount is not mentioned in the official post) + Round-trip airfare to Bangalore as well.
