About Excelsior Planning & Management: – Excelsior (http://www.excelsiorweb.net/) specializes in Recruitment Solutions and Services, HR Consulting, Payroll Management/Outsourcing , and HR Executive Training, Recruitment Trainee. It also involves the area of education, placement, research & development.
About internship: – Candidates selected for HR will be responsible for following:
- Searching candidates using job portals, referrals etc.
- Preliminary check of candidates with subsequent salary negotiation and job offers to the successful ones.
- Facilitating the entire recruitment process
- Keeping track of all the candidates to be confirmed and ensure that the letter is given to the candidates on the date of confirmation
Candidates selected for Marketing will be responsible for following:
- Inquiry/Offer Making/Negotiation/Finalization of agreements etc.
- Dealing with the corporate clients
- Maintaining MIS reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Number of internships available: – 10 +
Who can apply: – Management students enrolled in relevant disciplines can apply. Applicants should have good presentation and communication skills.
