Summer Internship in Delhi – Social Work – Consumers India
Consumers India (http://drjayashreegupta.blogspot.in/) is a non-profit organization set up by former officers of the Department of Consumer Affairs, and other senior officers of Government of India, with a view to use their knowledge and experience for the benefit of consumers. This internship has no last date, so if you want to get an edge over others, apply ASAP.
About the internship: – The internship program for students includes involvement with the concerns and activities related to misleading advertisements, access to affordable drugs, unethical medical practices, aging with dignity, mediation for dispute resolution without mediation, consumer audit of consumer facilities, junk the junk food, safe disposal of e-waste and other such social causes. Consumer India organises 3-4 batches of internship in a year, and the next batch would start in October.
Who can apply: – Any student with zeal and passion to work for an NGO and interest in the topics mentioned in the program can apply.
Location: – Delhi
Duration: – 4 weeks or more
Stipend: – This is an unpaid internship. On satisfactory completion of the internship, students will be given certificate by Consumers India.
