Summer Internship with Ministry of Home Affairs – Law, Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics – New Delhi, India
This is no joke. An 11th hour announcement and wish we could have found out about it sooner. Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India is inviting applications for a summer internship program with it for students from Law, Management, Economics, Commerce, Finance background (both undergraduate and post graduate). An excellent opportunity for a student to get to to see inside workings of THE most powerful ministry of Government of India. The last date to apply is 30th April, 2012 – go grab it!
About the internship: – The main objectives for implementing this internship is to familiarize Law/Commerce/Finance/Management/Economics students with internal audit framework in the Ministry of Home Affairs. The interns would be specifically associated with the audit of Freedom Fighter Pension Scheme, Modernization of Police Forces, Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System and any other appropriate assignment considered fit depending upon the background and qualifications.
Who can apply: – Post Graduates, Graduates, having secured at least 55% marks in the streams like Law, Economies, Finance, Management & Commerce from recognized Universities, AICTE accredited Management Institutes and National Law Schools. Under Graduate having completed 2 years course in Economics Management, Commerce appearing for the final year examination may also apply. Law School Students pursing 5 year course must have completed at least 3 years of regular course. Students pursuing courses in CA/ICWA/CFA are also eligible subject to the
condition that they must have undergone at least 3 years internship training in their respective disciplines.
