Summer Internship in Mumbai & Hyderabad – Project Research – Teach For India
Looking back in retrospect, I can confidently say that TFI’s commitment to create value for its people has transcended into it proving to be a pivotal turning point in my life. The friends I made amongst the Fellows/staff and the sense of possibility instilled in me shall all go a long way in preparing me for a successful career ahead. – Rohan Parakh (IIT Kanpur)
And this
Impressed by the happy environment here and motivated by the strong sense of possibility, each day I work as much as I did before an exam in IIT and I still feel I should do more because I know, every action of mine is measured in terms of each child’s progress. I am proud to be a part of this mega change, a part of this movement which has taken pace and will bring out the vision that one day every child will attain excellent education! – Sneha Biswas (IIT Kharagpur)
These 2 are excerpts from the heaps of praise showered on Teach for India by the students who interned with it last summer. No wonder that Teach For India has been selected as the Best Non Profit Organization to work for by Economic Times in 2011!. Don’t think of this as an internship; think of it as an opportunity to change the future of India; think of it as an opportunity to redefine your own future! The last date to apply is 5th May 2012 – hurry!
