artment of Mathematics, IIT Guwahati offers summer internships to undergraduate and postgraduate students to enable them to work with the mentors who are faculty members of the Department of Mathematics. The last date to apply for this internship is 25th March, 2013 – hurry!About Internship: – The Department of Mathematics, IIT Guwahati, will assign a mentor for the proposed work under the internship.
Who can Apply:– The student must be enrolled in the 2nd year of B.A./B.Sc./B.C.A. or the 3rd year of B.E./B.Tech. or the 1st year of M.A./M.Sc/M.C.A/M.Tech. at the time of application. Also, applicants should have a strong desire to carry out the work in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science through the Summer Internship Programme.
Location: – IIT Guwahati
Duration: – A minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 10 weeks (during summers).
Stipend: – This is an unpaid internship.
