About Catalyst: – Catalyst (http://www.catalysttraining.org/) specializes in soft skills management and corporate training with a focus on experiential workshops that enhance communication skills, team building, leadership, time management and self empowerment. Founded by Alka and Udai Singh in 2002, Catalyst has trained over a thousand top and mid level managers from leading corporate houses.
About the internship: – Catalyst is looking for hiring interns for marketing. Specific responsibilities include:
- Approach companies/organizations and securing participants for the workshop, with a target of 30-35 participants
- Assisting in organizing workshops
- Post-workshop follow-ups

Who can apply: – Desired qualifications-
- Experience in dealing and interacting with corporate organizations and their senior management
- Excellent presentation and communication (written and oral) skills
- Sound knowledge of computers and social media networking
- A 3-6 months experience as an employee or intern will be preferred but is not essential.

Duration: – 3 months
Start date: – July 2013
Stipend: – Performance based (10% of total conversion made) + Phone and transport bills will be reimbursed + Recommendation Letter and Certificate of Internship + Job offer (only if per formed well)
