About GridAnts: – GridAnts (www.gridants.com) is a technology innovations start-up focusing on distributed computing. This entails data analysis and data processing which happen at different geographical locations. The company aims to provide smarter and better data which can be deployed in various fields such as smarter market research, social media data mining and better targeted advertising.
About Internship: – The interns would work on a mobile platform application to implement sophisticated data mining techniques and sensor networks. One or all of the following skills are required in an applicant;
For Software Development intern : 1) iOS development 2) Android development 3) Other Mobile OS programming (Blackberry, Windows Phone, Symbian)
For Design Intern: 1) Experience in Photoshop 2) Web Interface developers with varied background (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP)
Number of internships: – 3
Who can apply: – Candidates meeting multiple requirements mentioned above would be preferred. The minimum requirement for Software Development is 3rd year student of engineering and for Design, 2nd year student with sufficient experience of web interface and design.

Duration: – 1 month
Start date: – December, 2012
