About Daily Dump:– Daily Dump – Compost at Home (dailydump.org) is a brand, a service, a set of products that help to reduce the mess and to make “waste” beautiful. The organization helps citizens to manage household waste and convert it to useful high-quality compost. Poonam Bir Kasturi, a design professor, started the company in 2006 based on the idea that over half of India’s waste can be converted back to healthy soil- rather than dumped in harmful landfills. Since then Daily Dump has been recognized by TEDx, Sankalp, and Dasra Social Impact for changing environmental behaviors. The company has partners across India, but is focused on scaling the business in Bangalore.
About Internship: – The candidate will develop and implement his/her own project while helping with office tasks of running the business. Depending on the skill set and interests of the candidate, the company is interested in hearing from individuals interested in marketing, accounting, setting up processes and operations, or working with children.

Who can apply:- Any candidate with a good command over English can apply. Candidate must have a sense of humor, a willingness and ability to discuss products with customers, and an interest in environmentalism around waste. Business is mostly conducted in English.
