Winter Internship in Canada – Research – Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute

About the internship: – The internship awards will be provided to students with high academic achievements who can clearly demonstrate how the award will contribute to their knowledge and their long-term career goals.
Number of internships: – 4
Who can apply: – Students pursuing a degree at a prominent institution in India in the following disciplines can apply – Trade and commerce, Economic development, Marketing, Management, Computer sciences, Engineering, Health and Social Services System. The students must also be currently enrolled in a Shastri Indian Member University. The list can be viewed here.
Location: – Alberta, Canada
Duration: – 5 weeks (between 1 November 2012 and 31 January 2013)
Stipend: – A round-trip economy class air fare between India and Canada, (including travel-health insurance and Canadian visa fee) and a stipend of $500 per week.
