About Internship:- This internship is available in the below three roles. Please indicate which profile you are applying for while answering “Why should you be hired for this internship” in the application form. Any application without this information will be rejected. The candidates will get feedback and mentoring that will help them to improve their written communication skills, and help them learn online business models and virtual organization of the internet age.
- Content Writers:- This internship is for the students who have good command over English and have a flair for writing. In this internship the interns will be exposed to professional content writing and will be given mentoring and feedback that will groom their written communication and make their sentences accurate and impactful.
- Online Business Development Intern:- This is for marketing background students who want to learn about online B2B marketing and learn marketing strategy and tactics. This will expose them to online lead generation process and marketing using social networks and online intermediaries.
- Online HR Executive:- This is for the students who want to make their career in the field of HR. The intern will be responsible for sourcing and assessing candidates who apply in Goals for Souls for various positions. The intern will also learn to use online recruitment portals like naukri.com etc. This will be invaluable experience for a person seeking a career in HR.

Who can apply:- Any candidate will an excellent command over English can apply. All candidates will be assessed through an online test of English first.

Start date:- December 2012
Stipend:- A performance based stipend and a certificate will be provided on completion of internship.
